A new Call Center enters the Romanian market

Jones Lang LaSalle advised on the leasing of an entire floor of 640m2 in CSDA Siriului to the Polish company Telbridge. According to a press release, the office building, developed by Primavera Development. Jones Lang LaSalle represented Primavera Development in this leasing transaction. The construction works of the building located in Northern business district, in Aviatiei, started in the first quarter of 2012 and the delivery is announced for April 2013, aiming to deliver a total leasing space of 3,500 m2. The Poland based Telbridge company provides outsourcing call-center solutions for corporations, representing a new entry for the Romanian market, as well as the first company to sign a prelease contract in that building.
