Adrian Nastase receives positive feedback from parole board
Ex PM Adrian Nastase may benefit from an early release, as the Jilava Prison parole board yesterday issued a positive opinion on his request, finding that the statutory term for parole had been fulfilled. The opinion has an advisory role, the decision needing to be handed down by a judge, on February 12. Nastase’s lawyer, Ion Cazacu, noted the members of the parole board, in passing their opinion, had considered the activities performed by the ex-PM while in prison, as well as the fact that he has published three books. Cazacu added that, in establishing the period for the service of the sentence, the days his client had spent in the Floreasca Hospital were also considered, being deducted from the total sentence by court order. Adrian Nastase was imprisoned in June 2012, serving a two year sentence in the ‘Quality Trophy’ case.

So another crooked politician is about to benefit from the States generosity, the Communist old boys club looking after their own.
What message is sent by this “Do as you like you wont suffer long in prison comrade.”
Hopefully he as a convicted criminal with suicidal tendencies wont be allowed access to any firearms in the future!!!
