BPV GRIGORESCU STEFANICA provided successful representation for Bucharest Municipality
BPV GRIGORESCU STEFANICA obtained a favorable court decision for the Bucharest Municipality, against the petitioner Sema Parc S.A., in the dispute initiated by the latter company to cancel the construction permit no. 209/21.06.2010, issued by the Bucharest Municipality, according to a press release. The team was led by partner Daniel Stefanica, head of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice and include associate Serban Dumitrescu. bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA represents the Bucharest Municipality in a number of disputes, including the dispute with “Save Bucharest” Association who attempts to put an end to the “Buzesti-Berzei-Uranus” Project.
