Dan Sova: Transilvania motorway cannot be completed with budget resources
The Transilvania motorway cannot be completed with budget resources and the only solutions are public-private partnership or concession, the delegate minister for infrastructure projects of national interest and foreign investments, Dan Sova announced Monday during hearings with the joint specialty committees of the Parliament, quoted by Hotnews and Agerpres. Sova informed that the debts of the Romanian state towards the US company Bechtel for works to the Transilvania motorway currently amount to EUR 46 M. The American company Bechtel now works on the motorway segment Suplacu de Barcau – Bors (64 km) and completed and made operational the 52 km segments Campia Turzii – Gilau.

It’s a bit like the pyramids in Egypt. They took years to build, but at least they had some slave labour to help out.Storys become legends and legends become myths.Maybe one day in another lifetime it’ll be finished and the future generations will look on in wonder at their new motorway.Wish i could be immortal!!
My guess is that the motorway will be finished just in time for flying cars.
