Dragnea gives many chances to creating the position of executive president
PSD secretary general Liviu Dragnea said yesterday that the Congress of April 19-20 will also adopt modifications of the Statute, and the variant of creating the position of executive president of the party has many chances to become fact. He explained that, at this moment, each county branch of the party may choose or not positions of first vice-president, and one might reach the conclusion – for the sake of coherence – that one must also regulate the position of executive president, with regard to the regional branches of the party. The press credits Dragnea with most chances to hold this office.
