Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia, the leading energy suppliers on the Romanian electricity market, announce reaching the mark of 1,000,000 household customers on the free market.
“Placing consumers at the core of our business, while also embracing innovation in order to simplify the life of our customers, has helped us build trust among consumers. It is our commitment to offer customers stability, as well as value added services, so they can have a reliable multi-utility partner on a longer term. We are proud to be the supplier of choice for the Romanian households on the free market”, stated Michele Abbate, General Manager Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia.
The title-holder of the electricity supply contract no. 1,000,000, a resident of Calarasi County, will benefit from free electric energy for one year.
Enel’s products have been recently redesigned, in order to meet the needs of the modern day consumer, who wants a simpler and more streamlined experience with the energy supplier. To simplify the interaction with customers, Enel’s subscriptions are available any time, and any place across Romania, enabling them to do everything online, from contracting to billing on enel.ro.
The supply companies of the Enel Group in Romania also entered the Romanian gas supply market for residential customers last April, with offers designed to offer ease of use and predictability for households, with the benefit of having a single supplier for both electricity and gas. The strategic move has allowed the company to create advantageous bundle offers for gas and electricity, offering preferential and accessible prices for customers who choose to have Enel as single supplier for both services.
