Farmec, the most important Romanian manufacturer of cosmetics, continues the extension of the brand stores, by opening in Cluj the first Gerovital store in Ardeal region. The new facility represents the second brand store opened this year, after opening the Gerovital store in Craiova in March.

With an area of 40 square meters, the Gerovital store is located in the new shopping center Platinia, at mezzanine, on Manastur Road no. 2-6. The total amount invested in the design and layout of the new space is 240,000 lei.
In the shop, there are available all the cosmetic products from the Gerovital and Aslavital ranges.
Gerovital is the best known brand of the company, both nationally and internationally. In 2016, it was named the market leader in the skin care segment (with a market share in value of 23.3% *) and of cosmetic treatments for hair (with a market share in value of 25.9 % **). The Gerovital brand brings together ranges for skin care, body and hair, including Gerovital H3, Gerovital H3 Derma +, Gerovital Treatment Expert, Gerovital Plant and Gerovital Men and Gerovital Sun.
The Aslavital products are recognized for their natural composition and have unique formulations on the market in Romania. They are intended for the skin care and are based on pure clay, 100% Romanian, directly from Padurea Craiului Mountains.
Last year, the Gerovital and Aslavital product lines recorded the most requests in the online store www.farmec.ro. The vials with Hyaluronic Acid from the Gerovital H3 Evolution range and the Vials with collagen from the Aslavital Mineralactiv range were the most popular products on the company’s website, being included in over 42% of all the online orders.
Currently, Farmec owns five Gerovital stores in major shopping malls in the country: two stores in Bucharest and one in Constanta, Craiova and Cluj-Napoca. Throughout the country there are opened 8 stores of Farmec brand (Cluj-Napoca, Arad, Sibiu, Targu Mures, Timisoara and Brasov).
Champion at the beauty gymnastics, Farmec becomes official partner of the European Championships of Artistic Gymnastics Petrom
Farmec supports the athletic performance as official partner of the European Championships of Artistic Gymnastics Petrom, Male and Female, the 2017 edition. By launching the campaign “Let’s bring Romania home”, Gerovital has supported the representatives of the Romanian Team in London, by donating 1% of the sales in the period 14 October to 14 December 2011.
