Groupama Asigurari has introduced the possibility to report damages by online means, through a fast and easy-to-use system that brings flexibility and time saving for customers, at the same time simplifying this interaction point with customers. Introducing this new functionality is one more step in the direction of strengthening the customer relationships and includes innovative elements, such as a software robot used to automatize processes (RPA).

“We planned to be close to our customers when they need us most, ensuring the continuity of their plans and business. Launching the online reporting damages functionality is one more initiative in line with our mission, and, furthermore, with the client-oriented approach, which we promote since we entered the local market. Now, our customers have a viable alternative to report damages, which allows them to focus more on what is really important to them” stated the General Manger of Groupama Asigurari, François Coste.

The technical system behind the app is an innovation for the local insurance market, given that a software robot is used for the automation of the endorsement process, so that the time needed to send the notifications to the policy and damage management system is significantly reduced.

The online reporting service is available at www.groupama.ro for the customers with Motor Third Party Liability (RCA), CASCO or extra coverage housing insurance (ALEXA).
