Handball: Oltchim 30 – Dunarea Braila 22
Romanian title holders Oltchim opened leg 10 with a win against Dunarea Braila and remained undefeated in the National League. The visitors were able to keep up with Oltchim for only ten minutes. Dunarea Braila led 2-1 and 3-2 but Oltchim’s answer came accordingly. With Bulatovic and Jovanovic able to play after recovering from injuries, Oltchim took a satisfying six-goal lead with which it finished the first half: 16-10. The second half was far more balanced. Dunarea Braila cut Oltchim’s lead to four goals, however they were unable to stop Curea’s and Nechita’s flank attacks. Final score: 30-22 for Oltchim.
