Adrian Zglobiu, the man who spat on President Traian Basescu, will no longer be admitted to a hospital for psychiatric analysis, ruled Constanta Tribunal yesterday. The magistrates of Constanta Tribunal admitted the plea submitted by Zglobiu’s lawyer against the measure taken by Constanta Court on Thursday which ruled that the man should be admitted to the Psychiatric Ward of Palazu Mare to be investigated. The rule of Constanta Tribunal is definitive so that Adrian Zglobiu will be released from the psychiatric ward and will be able to go home. He will still be investigated for battery and disorderly conduct.
