New changes within Tarom leadership, media reports

The General Assembly of Shareholders of Tarom, the airline company owned by the state through the Transportation Ministry, has decided to replace four of its six Administration Board (CA) members, the ones still keeping their positions being Dante Stein, former advisor of Premier Ponta, and Razvan Filipescu, the president of the National Authority for Tourism. The members that were replaced are Manuel Donescu, Florin Luca, Constantin Sebesanu and Ovidiu-Petrisor Artopolescu, sources familiar with the situation stated for Mediafax. Bogdan Speteanu, another member of Tarom’s CA, gave up his position a month and a half ago, according to the aforementioned sources. Dante Stein is chairman of the Administration Board. Their replacements have not been announced. This is the second time in the last six months when members of the Administration Board are replaced.
