ReneSola Ltd., a Chinese solar panel manufacturer, agreed to sell Hong Kong-based China Seven Star Holdings Ltd. (245) at least 200 megawatts of solar power projects through the end of 2015, Bloomberg informs, quoted by Mediafax. ReneSola will sell existing and new projects, including four in Bulgaria and Romania, under a preliminary agreement, the Jiashan, China-based company said yesterday in a statement. ReneSola also agreed to sell two projects totaling 9.7 megawatts of capacity that are already marketing power into the grid in Bulgaria.
