Romanian Post borrows RON 100 M to finance working capital
Banca Comerciala Romana, Banca Transilvania, CEC Bank and Millennium Bank Romania will grant the National Romanian Post Company a loan of RON 100 M to be used for financing the working capital, postal operator tells Mediafax. ‘In a bid initiated in July 2012, Banca Transilvania is lending RON 60 M, Banca Comerciala Romana RON 20 M. The rest of RON 60 M was not won by any bank, in which situation the Romanian Post proceeded to a negotiation without tender notice and obtained RON 20 M from Millennium Bank for which the agreement has already been signed, and the rest from CEC Bank, the loan agreement being in process of being closed,’ Post officials say.
