RON 3.2 M for flying MPs to national destinations
The Lower Chamber has offered TAROM a contract worth RON 3,201,612, VAT not included, a contract that includes air transportation services for Lower Chamber MPs to all national destinations in 2013, an announcement posted yesterday on the Electronic Public Procurements System and quoted by realitatea.net shows. In the announcement the type of procedure is listed as “negotiations without tender announcement.” The justification for that choice is that the services can be offered by only one bidder, out of technical reasons.
