The highlights of the ANONIMUL International Independent Film Festival of 2015 starts on Wednesday, September 2, at Elvire Popesco Cinema. The titles included in the ANONIMUL 12 Short Film Competition will be screened during September 2 – 6 at Elvire Popesco Cinema while all films included in the Long Film Competition may be viewed at Studio Cinema on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6.
The film that won the trophy of the 2015th edition of ANONIMUL, “The World is Mine”, directed by Nicolae Constantin Tanase will be screened in the presence of the filmmaker and his crew on Sunday, September 6, starting at 8 pm, at Studio Cinema.
The titles that won based on the choice of viewers who had attended the festival in Sfantu Gheorghe will be screened on Sunday, September 6, starting at 6.30 pm, at Elvire Popesco Cinema: the Best Foreign Short Film, “Listen”, directed by Hamy Ramezan, Rungano Nyoni (Denmark -Finland) and the Best Romanian Short Film, “Device 0068”, directed by Radu Barbulescu, as well as the short film “It Does Not Exist in This World”, directed by Andreea Valean, the winner of the Ovidiu Bose Pastina Award, granted by the ANONIMUL Foundation.
The HBO films night is on Saturday, September 5, at the Elvire Popesco Cinema and it includes the titles “Chuck Norris Vs Communism”, directed by Ilinca Calugareanu and “The Bird Man”, directed by Alexandru Mavrodineanu and Mihai Grecea, both screened courtesy of HBO Romania.
“La rançon de la gloire”, directed by Xavier Beauvois, will be presented at the Highlights on Sunday, September 6, at 8.30 pm, at the “Elvire Popesco” Cinema.
The tickets may be purchased at the box office of the Elvire Popesco Cinena, at the price of RON 15 – eventbook.ro/program/elvirepopesco, while the tickets for the screenings at the Studio Cinema are available at the box office of the cinema theatre, at RON 10.
The ANONIMUL 12 Highlights are scheduled in Bucharest, at the Elvire Popesco and Studio Cinema Theatres, during September 2 – 6.
The twelfth edition of the ANONIMUL International Independent Film Festival is organized by the “Anonimul” Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Culture, of the National Centre of Cinema, of the Romanian Filmmakers Union, of the Tulcea County Council and of the Romanian Cultural Institute.
