Three dancers die in fire at Constanta restaurant


Three dancers died and the fourth one was severely injured in a fire that broke out on the night from Saturday to Sunday, in Constanta, in a Lebanese restaurant in the centre of the city, Agerpres informs. The young injured woman, 19, was taken by a SMURD helicopter to the Burns Hospital in Bucharest, being in critical condition.
The dancers who died were 22, 23 and 24 years old respectively.
The dispatcher of the Dobrogea Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) told Agerpres that the fire broke out at the Beirut Lebanese Restaurant, which burnt down. The fire also spread to another two restaurants where there were customers, the Vega Casino and the Legendary Pub.
Nine fire engines with 64 non-commissioned officers and five officers worked for more than five hours to put the fire out.
So far nobody knows why the fire broke out. The ISU workers, policemen and prosecutors are still checking the case.
