Tribute to Mihai Eminescu from Romanian Academy, artists and children
The National Culture Day that coincides with the date of birth of our national poet was celebrated at the Romanian Academy. A session dedicated to ‘Mihai Eminescu’s Birthday – the Day of National Culture’ included a recital offered by actor Dorel Visan in the Theatre of the Romanian Academy. During the evening, it was celebrated by the Ministry of Culture at the National Art Museum of Romania (MNAR) in Bucharest. Other events and exhibitions have been organised in the country, including a recital by Alexandru Tomescu, a concert at the ‘George Enescu’ Philharmonic and the Young Writers’ Gala.
