The minister of Transport, Relu Fenechiu yesterday announced that CFR Calatori has a new Board of Administrators, under a private management, realitatea.net reports. “The General Assembly of Shareholders on 20 March 2013 and the Board of Administrators on 21 March 2013 elected the Board and the private management of CFR Calatori. We promised we would have a private management at CFR Calatori until the end of February. Because of several partners, we delayed it by three weeks. Today (yesterday) the third company of CFR has private management,” Fenechiu said
