Former Director General of CFR Passengers, Valentin Dorobantu has resigned from the position of member in the company’s Board of Directors, sources within the railway agency told Mediafax. Dorobantu has served as director general between January 2013 and April 2014. He had previously held top positions within CFR Infrastructure, AFER and CFR Passengers. The Board of Directors, made up of three members (Dorobantu, Ioan Balaneanu and Vasile Secara – chairman) and the Supervision Council have been at the helm of CFR Passengers since April.
