Ciorogarla weapon robbery file will remain in Court

The trial on the file on the weapon robbery that occurred at the military unit of Ciorogarla will continue after yesterday’s decision of the Territorial Military Court of Bucharest, approving the appeal to a decision by a subordinated Court referring to sending the file back to prosecutors for the restart of the investigation. At yesterday’s meeting, the Prosecutor demanded the Magistrates to approve the appeal, so that the file could continue being tried in Court, Mediafax announced. The lawyers stated that the Prosecutors working on this file made several mistakes during the investigation and, due to these reasons, the file must be sent back for the restart of the entire legal pursuit.
