Militari Shopping, investment of EUR 75 M

Militari Shopping, a multifunctional shopping centre in line with the latest international standards, with 63 boutiques some of which are premieres in Romania, opened on April 1, 2009 in Militari, Bucharest. A EUR 75 M investment of Land Development Proiect S.R.L., part of the Atrium European real Estate Limited Group, Military Shopping is situated in one of the most populated areas of Bucharest and offers a lettable area of nearly 51,400 sq m. Some of the names hosted by Militari Shopping are Decathlon – one of the world’s prime sportswear retailers for the first time in Romania, the renowned German fashion retailer New Yorker (also a premiere for Bucharest), C&A, Mladinska – the biggest publisher in Central and Eastern Europe, Auchan, Humanic, Hervis, Leonardo, Deichmann, Media Galaxy, dm, Adidas, B&B, Kenvelo, Otter, Tina R., Tchibo, Inmedio and Jolidon.
