The average cumulated price for the segment of the old flats from Bucharest dropped by an average of 18 per cent, compared to last January. The biggest reduction of prices was registered by the four-room dwellings, whose owners reduced the prices by an average of 20 per cent, vs. January.
The owners of dwellings seem willing to cut substantially the prices if they want to sell in this period, shows a press release of the site MagazinulDeCase.ro, according to Agerpres.
Further to the price cutting campaign, 78 dwellings were sold, the object of 24 of the transactions being the two-room flats, which are the most successful segment. The average reduction of the price was 19 per cent in this segment.
The initiative to cut the prices was appreciated, the reduction section having around 550,000 postings, while the category of most sought dwellings were the one-room flats, which registered 91,292 postings.
