Three Romanians were arrested in Poland for having assaulted a 79-year-old woman who died after the attack, Realitatea TV announced, quoting the local police department. “The three Romanians came from the Harseni region in Romania and were identified due to images recorded by the surveillance cameras,” the spokesperson of the police department, Joann Kacka declared. The assaulted woman managed to alert the passers-by and afterwards died because of the injuries caused by the aggression, the spokesperson mentioned. The police managed to identify the registration number of the vehicle used by the offenders. They were arrested a few hours later, beside a fourth Romanian who helped them to sell the victim’s jewelry. He is charged with complicity. The three Romanians aged from 18 to 34, decided to plead guilty. They risk up to twelve years in prison, Kacka mentioned.
