Romanian gymnast Irina Lalciu was ranked 6th in the final of the ribbon contest, at the 35th edition of the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament in Corbeil-Essonnes, France.
Lalciu got 23.450 points, while the winner, Russian Dara Dimitrieva, received 25.975 points. In the rope contest, Lalciu ranked 8th, with 23.950 points, while the winner – Dmitrieva again – got 25.800 points.
The individual contest was led by another Russian, Iana Lukonina, with a score of 104.150, followed by two fellow nationals, Marina Speht (103.950) and Dara Dmitrieva (103.825). Lalciu ranked 11, with 95.675 points.
