Bogaciu is a defendant in the football corruption file. The decision may be attacked by appeal, by the prosecutors of the Bucharest Appeal Court. Aurelian Bogaciu’s defending lawyer demanded the postponement of the meeting a day ago, in order to study the case, as another trial was held on Monday, when the Appeal Court of Pitesti has overruled his customer’s release on probation.
