Two persons lost their lives on Saturday morning, in Iasi County, after two long vehicles collided frontally, Antena 3 reports. The driver of one of the long vehicles lost control of the vehicle entering the lane which was going into the opposite direction right near the city of Targu Frumos. Further to the accident, the road traffic was blocked for over two hours.
The witnesses say that the accident occurred because of the wet carriageway. The driver of one of the trucks lost control of the vehicle and bumped powerfully into another long vehicle loaded with cement. Unfortunately the driver which was driving regularly and the passenger from the other truck died instantly. On the night of Thursday through Friday a soldier aged 23, who was training to become a pilot in the Air Forces School from Boboc, Buzau county, died after the vehicle that he was driving collided with two trees at the speed of almost 200 km/h, the young man being thrown out through the windshield and caught under a broken tree, Mediafax reports.
The officers established that the young man aged 23, from Campia Turzii, Cluj County, who was driving a vehicle coming from Posta Calnau and going to Gara Boboc, lost control of the vehicle in a curve and the car collided with two trees by the side of the road. The young man was thrown out through the windshield and caught under a tree broken further to the impact. Further to the lesions the young man died.
