A music and poetry album dedicated to the late actor Adrian Pintea will be launched on June 9, at the Students’ Culture House in Bucharest, the organizers announced.
The double music and poetry album entitled “Lumea de roua” stars Mircea Rusu Band, Maia Morgenstern and Adrian Pintea. The launch will start with a press conference at 19.00. It will be attended by Mircea Rusu, Maia Morgenstern, Ion Caramitru, Lavinia Pintea, Iuliana Tudor and other guests, and will continue at 21.00, with an extraordinary concert performed by Mircea Rusu Band, featuring Maia Morgenstern and Ion Caramitru.
The concert will represent a homage paid to the late actor, poet and singer – songwriter Adrian Pintea, commemorating two years after his death. Adrian Pintea died on June 8, 2007, at the Clinical Institute of Fundeni, after cirrhosis that aggravated with a heart arrest. Born on October 9, 1954, in the locality Beius, Bihor County, he graduated the Institute of Theatre and Film in 1979. He had a tremendously successful acting career on the stages of the “Ion Creanga” Theatre, of the “Lucia Sturdza Bulandra” Theatre, of the National Theatre of Bucharest and of the “Constantin Nottara” Theatre. Beside his charismatic appearance, Pintea also impressed his viewers by his fabulous performing skills.
