Angela Gheorghiu’s and Dan Grigore’s concert, rescheduled

The concert to be performed by soprano Angela Gheorghiu and pianist Dan Grigore on June 21 at the National Theatre of Bucharest (TNB) was rescheduled for June 27, TNB announced. The concert that will include special, appearances by Angela Gheorghiu and by pianist Dan Grigore will also feature Johnny Raducanu (piano), Mihai Ungureanu (piano) and Gabriel Croitoru (violin). Three great actors of the Romanian theatre – Radu Beligan, Victor Rebengiuc and Horatiu Malaele – will perform poetry recitals, and TNB Manager Ion Caramitru will be the host of the show.

The event will be part of the international event Fete de la Musique, initiated in 1982 in France, and presently celebrated on June 21 by approximately 100 countries.

The concert and the poetry recitals will take place at the Grand Hall of the National Theatre on June 27, starting at 19.00. The tickets were issued by the box office of the National Theatre at RON 100, 80, 50 and 30. The persons who already bought a ticket and do not wish to change it for June 27 will be granted a refund, TNB representatives mentioned.
