Cristian Borcea, FC Dinamo’s Executive President, and Ioan Becali, former FIFA manager, showed up at the headquarters of the National Anti-corruption Office on Tuesday. Both of them showed up without their lawyers.
Former FIFA manager Ioan Becali stated on Tuesday for Mediafax that he showed up at the DNA headquarters because he missed the prosecutors. He refused to reveal for what dossier and in what capacity he was summoned. ‘I paid a visit to the DNA. I was there to see Mr. Burlacu and the prosecutors. I missed them. I was not with Borcea, I was on my own. I don’t know Borcea’s business there. All I can say is that I missed them. Nothing more. If they will tell you more then that’s their business,’ Becali stated.
