“Breaking Dawn,” by Stephenie Meyer, launched in Romania

The RAO Publishing House will launch the volume “Breaking Dawn” by Stephenie Meyer, translated by Laura and Mihaela Frunza, on Friday evening, at Carrefour Baneasa. The book will be simultaneously presented in all book shops of Bucharest and in Romania, as the long awaited final book of the “Twilight” series. “Breaking Dawn” reveals the secrets and mysteries of this startling story that charmed millions of readers. The “Twilight” series, by the American writer Stephenie Meyer, presents the unusual love story between a vampire and an ordinary girl. In order to be together, the two will be forced to overcome a series of obstacles and difficulties. The novels of the series were released by the RAO Publishing House, starting last year: “Twilight” was released in May 2008, “New Moon” in November 2008, “Eclipse” in March 2009 and “Breaking Dawn” in June 2009. Stephenie Meyer declared that the idea of the “Twilight” series came to her while sleeping. The description of the dream represents the thirteenth chapter of the first book in the series. The second, “Temptation,” was published in the following year and “Hesitation” in 2007. The “Twilight” was sold in over 42 million copies worldwide. In the USA, the book was sold in 13 million copies.
