ANAF to sequester FC Dinamo assets

The National Fiscal Administration Agency (ANAF) will sequester the assets of Dinamo football club after it was established that the club has a debt of RON 12 M, Dragos Bogdan, Vice President of ANAF, stated on Wednesday for Mediafax.

‘Supplementary obligations of approximately RON 12 M have been established. We will institute security measures’ Bogdan said.

In reply, Vasile Turcu, FC Dinamo Vice President and shareholder, has stated that the club’s RON 12 M debt will be paid if it is confirmed.

‘These are executive problems that I am not familiar with. We have to see what is the source and structure of the debt. We have always paid our due. I don’t know what happened. Maybe a subpoena did arrive at the club, but I am not aware of it. Nevertheless we will certainly pay the debt if it is confirmed. There is no question about that. There is no question of sequestering assets, it could be an error’ Turcu stated.
