The orange alert code for five Romanian counties expired yesterday morning, at 09.00. Nonetheless, meteorologists warned that rains would continue, maintaining a yellow warning code for 23 Romanian counties, referring to yesterday, during 10.00 – 21.00. The respective counties are Alba, Arad, Arges, Bacau, Bihor, Bistrita – Nasaud, Brasov, Buzau, Cluj, Covasna, Dambovita, Gorj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Maramures, Mures, Neamt, Prahova, Salaj, Sibiu, Suceava, Valcea and Vrancea. Moreover, the hydrologists decided to maintain the orange code warning until today for 21 counties. Moreover, the yellow code was maintained for the affluent rivers of Upper Arges and of Upper Ialomita.
