Bucharest City Hall spends RON 100,000 to publish 2008 activity report

Bucharest City Hall (PMB) will spend RON 94,432 to publish 600 brochures and 600 CDs containing the report of activity for 2008, Hotnews informs. The announcement was made on the governmental public auctions site, where it is mentioned that the firm which will carry the auction has the duty to adapt and re-write the texts made available by the Division on strategy and document analysis. The texts to which the City Hall refers are already posted on the site of the municipality. The announcement stresses that it is compulsory to use double coated glossy paper for the brochures. As for the CDs, the recording technology must allow to add folders subsequently.

According to 2008 report of activity already published on the electronic page of PMB, almost RON 168 M from the budget for road infrastructure works remained unspent. Of the RON 31 M received from the National Development Fund, for the modernization of the National Stadium, RON 13.8 M have been used, while the balance of RON 17.2 M was returned to the state budget. The funds approved from the budget of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Housing for projects funded through the Regional Operational Project of RON 1.7 M, have not been spent at all.
