Faith No More concert on Saturday

The members of the band Faith No More, who will perform on Saturday evening at Sala Polivalenta from Bucharest, want to visit Parliament Palace, being impressed by the history of this building, according to organizers. They will arrive to Bucharest on Saturday morning, Agerpres informs.

The concert from Bucharest is part of “Reunion Tour 2009,” which started in Great Britain, where the group gave a hot concert at Brixton Academy and was on top of the bill at Download festival, with an attendance of over 110,000.

The tour includes also European countries like Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Denmark, Poland, Bulgaria, Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

The tickets for the show from Bucharest – at the price of RON 150 seated, RON 120 standing, purchased during May 28 and July 10, and RON 180 seated and RON 150 standing purchased during July 11 and August 15 – can be acquired from the network of Diverta shops and online on site.

With a career of 17 years and six albums sold in over ten million copies around the world, Faith No More is one of the most important names in the history of alternative rock. The band is acknowledged for joining heavy metal, progressive rock, hip hop, punk hardcore, thrash metal and jazz elements. Some of the best known albums are: “The Real Thing” (1989), “Angel Dust” (1992), and “King for a day, fool for a lifetime” (1995).
