Recently back to Romania – “in order to start up a special project” – after a few months spent in New Zealand, Sergiu Toader, former president of Realitatea – Catavencu Group (GRC) will coordinate the expansion of the trust to the Republic of Moldova, a project that Emil Hurezeanu, current president of the group, announced yesterday through an internal memo.
According to Evenimentul Zilei online, the main ideas announced by Hurezeanu are the following: Sergiu Toader will join the current management team for a period of five years, in the position of project manager at group level; the group will begin the preparations for the opening of a national TV channel in the Republic of Moldova; until the end of the year, the group will expand in Romania through the appearance of another three local TV stations in Iasi, Galati and Constanta.
