Pilot died following plane crash in Targu Mures

The pilot who crashed on Tuesday in Targu Mures with a tourist jet died yesterday morning at the Mures County Clinic Hospital, where he was brought in an extremely severe condition after the accident. Teodor Pantea, aged 54, suffered multiple facial fractures, as well as a collar bone fracture. The pilot died following cerebral stroke.


In the meantime, on Friday afternoon, another small plane crashed in Costesti, in Buzau County. The only person on the plane, the pilot, passed away immediately. Flight instructor Mihai Ungureanu was a former military pilot with a total experience of over 2,000 hours of flight.
