Guano Apes rocked Tuborg Green Fest

Almost 30,000 rock fans attended the second day of the Tuborg Green Fest, which featured bands such as AB4, Zdob si Zdub, The Herbaliser and Guano Apes.

Recently returned from Italy, where they recorded their new album, the members of the band AB4 were the opening act of the Tuborg Green Fest Rock Day, on Saturday

The show continued with Ethno rhythms by the band Zdob si Zdub, who heated the atmosphere and listeners of all ages by songs such as “Bunica bate toba” or “DJ Vasile.”

Afterwards, the stage was overtaken by The Herbaliser, with an exceptional live show based on an unexpected mix of hip-hop, rare groove, funk and jazz, spiced up with jazz and spectacular visuals, which granted an unforgettable viewing and listening pleasure.

Finally, the audience had the rare opportunity to enjoy an outstanding show by one of Europe’s most appreciated rock bands, Guano Apes, for the next hour and a half.

“You Can’t Stop Me” and “Money and Milk” were the songs that opened the German band’s recital. They were followed by chart breakers such as “Quietly,” “Open Your Eyes,” “No Speech,” “Pretty in Scarlet” and “Break the Line.”

The Bucharest stop of the band’s reunion tour could not miss the songs that launched the band’s groundbreaking career: “Sorry,” “Big in Japan,” “All I Wanna Do,” “We Use the Pain” and concert closer “Lords of the Boards.”
