The new TV channel for children will replace the old Jetix, held by Walt Disney company. The rebranding is part of an operation which targets several countries. Walt Disney company will launch officially on Saturday, on the Romanian market, the TV channel for children and teenagers Disney Channel, declared, in a press conference, Maciej Bral, vice president and general manager of Disney Channel, the Central and East Europe division. The same also stated that they want the Disney programmes to be seen in 13 million households from the Southeast Europe region, until the end of this year. Among the Disney programme that will be aired starting Saturday also in Romania we find the animation series “Phineas and Ferb,” the series “Jonas” with Jonas brothers, who were awarded platinum discs, and the series “Hannah Montana,” as well as original films like “High School Musical” and “Princess Protection programme” which had a great success at world level.
