In a few years Dacia will launch a new family of automobiles that will replace the Logan and that will be superior from the point of view of quality and performance, Constantin Stroe, the vice-president of Dacia, stated yesterday. ‘Everybody is talking about the Logan. That’s nice but Logan has a short life. Dacia is everlasting, Logan is replaceable. Something will follow Logan, the latter’s life set to end probably in several years. Another family. Here lies the manufacturer’s strength,’ Stroe stated on the occasion of the launching of the ‘Renault and Dacia. 10 years together’ book. He added that the new family of cars will fall within the Logan’s price range. ‘Logan will remain for a few years and will be replaced by another family, one with a different name. (…) It won’t be a step forward just from a quality point of view, it will also be a step forward performance-wise. Quality won’t be an issue,’ Stroe added.
