Capital Plaza, four-star hotel, EUR 6.6 M investment

The Romanian company Corvinus International Bucuresti opened officially yesterday the four-star hotel Capital Plaza in Bucharest, located near Victoria Square, further to an investment of around EUR 6.6 M, Mediafax informs. The hotel, with a surface of 7,500 sq m, has 95 rooms and apartments, a conference center, restaurant and parking. According to the representatives of the hotel, the clients to whom the unit is addressed are mainly those from the corporate category, but they do not exclude the tourists. For 2010, the management of the unit expects an occupation degree of 40-50 per cent.
