League I: Dinamo and Steaua – winners in away games of leg 10

Dinamo responded with maximum efficiency, Andrei Cristea scoring with a header in the 27th minute after Torje’s high ball. The host side’s fullbacks complained that Cristea scored from off-side.

‘Renegade’ Dayro Moreno saved Steaua on Sunday evening in its away game against Poli Iasi, a game that Steaua won, score 2-0. Dayro Moreno had been exiled at Steaua II because he intentionally skipped the summer training session. Szekely scored Steaua’s second goal in the extra time (92nd minute).
