At the end of October, foreign reserves at the National Bank of Romania stood at 28 to 402 million EUR, compared to 28 to 339 million EUR at the end of September. This happened because of 1 278 million entries, which represents changes in foreign currency reserve up of credit institutions, supply accounts the Finance Ministry, the European Commission the power account, income from international reserve management and more, BNR informed yesterday in a press release. Also, the output was 1 215 million, which represents changes in foreign currency reserve up of credit institutions, payments and interest rates direct foreign public debt guaranteed by the state and others. Romania’s international reserve (hard currencies plus gold) at the end of October were EUR 30 747 million, compared with 30 to 615 million EUR in September. Payments due in the month of November 2009 the external public debt, direct or guaranteed by the Ministry of Public Finance, reached 113 million EUR.
