Life Is Beautiful – ten days of music and merry

If you enjoyed the first edition of the ‘Life Is Beautiful’ festival, organized last autumn by the ‘Ion Dacian’ National Operetta Theatre (TNO), this year’s edition will bring even more events nobody should miss. The festival will reach its peak with the Tiger Lillies concert scheduled for Friday and the return of Pink Martini band, on November 22, at the National Theatre of Bucharest (TNB). But ‘Life is Beautiful’ features many more activities, going on during the 10 days of the festival, ranging from workshops to dance, with books and CDs to be launched, exhibitions to be varnished and shows to be staged, from operettas like The Gypsy Princess, Blue-beard, The Bat, The Merry Widow, Romeo and Juliet, to international galas of ballet.
