Blaga delegated all Minister of Interior’ attributions

Interim minister of administration and interior Vasile Blaga delegated all his attributions from MAI, including those connected with the organization of the runoff of the presidential elections. The attributions connected with this problem were delegated to the state secretary Mihai Capra. “The interim minister of administration and interior Vasile Blaga disapproved of the cheap electoral show set up by PSD in order to manipulate the public opinion. As he promised, Minister Vasile Blaga observed the decision of the court, as he has always done,” reads a press release issued yesterday by MAI and quoted by Mediafax. According to the quoted source, Blaga has delegated all his attributions as interim minister of administration and interior, “although the resolution of Bucharest Court of Appeal disregards the decision of the Constitutional Court which says clearly that no court can take a stand in a conflict between Parliament and Presidency.” The state secretary Mihai Capra was delegated all the attributions connected with the good organization of the presidential elections, while the secretary general from MAI was delegated the attributions connected with the quality of credit officer of the institution. On another hand, PSD spokesman Bogdan Niculescu Duvaz declared that PSD vice president Dan Nica was set to file yesterday two criminal complaints against Vasile Blaga for encroaching upon official capacities and abuse of office. Duvaz stressed that Blaga was informed on Tuesday morning by the court bailiff that the decree for his appointment in the office was illegal, according to the decision of the Court of Appeal.
