Constitutional Court turns down PSD’s request to cancel elections, sources

According to judicial sources quoted by all the Romanian news wires, the Constitutional Court (CC) rejected last night the request of the Social Democrats to cancel the presidential elections. PSD holds that massive fraud had altered the results of the ballot. The Court still has to validate the next president. Until ‘Nine O’Clock’ went to print, no additional information was available.
