Blue Air launches flight from Bucharest to Timisoara in March

Blue Air company, held by the businessman Nelu Iordache, will launch on March 28 a flight from Bucharest to Timisoara and back, and will start re-operating Bucharest-Cluj-Napoca flight run in the summer programme from 2009, according to a press release.

The flights to Timisoara were initially included in the summer timetable, namely March 28-October 30, being set to continue in the winter season subject to demand, according to the company. Thus, the company will operate from Monday through Friday up to four return flights to Timisoara, while on Saturday and Sunday there will be one single flight per day. On Bucharest-Cluj-Napoca route the flights will be reintroduced in the summer timetable, after they were operated last year in the same period. During the week, the return flights will be operated four times a week, while in the weekend there will be two flights.

The price of a flight from Bucharest to Timisoara or Cluj-Napoca is EUR 20, taxes included. Besides the two flights, the low-cost company is also operational on the internal route Bucharest-Arad.
