Referring to the article “Emporiki Bank reduces interest rates at credits in Euros”, published in the 4669 issue on Wednesday, at the bank suggestion we need to make the following clarifications:
The interest rate for mortgage loans decreased under 5.9% , also, the interest rate for personal loans secured with mortgage decreased under 7.4%, (variable, based on Euribor at 3 months).
(i) Therefore, for a mortgage credit of EUR 60,000, the maximum reimbursement term is 40 years, and DAE amounts to 6.08 per cent. In this case, the total amount to be reimbursed is EUR 159,332, at a monthly instalment of EUR 336.
(ii) For a mortgage personal loan, the figures are as follows: for EUR 30,000, to be reimbursed in 40 years, DAE is of 7.73 per cent, the owed amount is EUR 95,729, at a monthly instalment of EUR 201.40.
(iii) For EUR 10,000, to be reimbursed in 10 years, DAE is of 8.02 per cent, the amount to be reimbursed is EUR 14,292, at a monthly instalment of EUR 120.
In the first paragraph of the article “Ford Romania will become export centre for Europe in 2018”, on page 11, in our issue on Wednesday, it will be read that estimates for the total local industry by 2018 (all brands sold at local level), in terms of sales, for Romania, are of 500,000 units.
