Metal frames producer Bega Tehnomet Timisoara (TEHO), member of the Bega Group, intends to contract two credits, amounting to EUR 1.7 M, from Intesa Sanpaolo Romania, Mediafax informs. The first credit, of EUR 1.37 M, is meant to refinance an earlier credit granted by the Romanian Bank and conceded to National Bank of Greece.
Moreover, Bega Tehnomet also proposes to contract a EUR 400,000 credit line, also from Intesa Sanpaolo Romania, to finance its current activity. Proposals will be analysed by shareholders on June 10, according to a release from the company.
The main shareholders in Bega Tehnomet are brothers Marius and Emil Cristescu, with shares of 48.5, respectively, 26.3 per cent.
