Gov’t – BNR talks next week on measures to boost economy

The government will analyze, next week, in a meeting with Central Bank representatives, a plan of measures for economic recovery, which will include the introduction of a supplementary tax for banks or a new credit product for the SMEs, the minister Laszlo Borbely stated, yesterday, quoted by Mediafax. The government official added that the meeting, scheduled for Monday, June 28, would be attended by the minister of Finance, Sebastian Vladescu, as well as the president of the National Bank of Romania, Mugur Isarescu.
