Costinesti: Seashore Festival


The Jack Daniel’s Studio No. 7 Fest, which started on Thursday in Costinesti, will bring together on the same stage, the likes of Holograf, Iris, Voltaj, Vama, Phoenix, Florian Chilian, Horia Brenciu Orchestra, Zdob and Zdub, Publika and Tibi Scobiola Band. The Loca Beach garden in Costinesti, will turn into a miniature replica of Lynchburg, Tennessee, the birthplace of the legendary Jack Daniel, will host this year’s edition of the festival.

Bucharest: Theatre at “La Motoare”


Ion Creanga’s “Tale of Tales” will be presented, on Saturday, by the “Tandem” theatre company, at the “La Motoare” club in Bucharest. Director: Gheorghe Hibovski; Starring: Gheorghe Hibovschi, Maria Hibovski, Cristina Botnarescu.

Timisoara Balkan beat box show at the Romani Art Festival


The International Romani Art Festival started, yesterday, in Timisoara, ‘Evenimentul Zilei’ informs. For four days, over 100 artists from all over the world will offer a colourful mix of genres and artistic forms, from music, dance, drama, film, photography, book launches, workshops, debates, to street performance and cultural manifestations conducted within a prison. The festival’s surprise is scheduled for tonight, when the Summer Garden will host, in a national premiere, a concert by the Balkan Beat Box, considered one of the electro/world sensations on the musical scene of the past years.
